24-Hour Notice Requirement:
* Learner must provide a minimum of 24 hours (1 Business day) notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
* Notice must be given via phone call, text message, or email .
* Less Than 24-Hour Notice:
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the lesson fee
being forfeited.
* The lesson will be marked as ‘Late
Cancellation’ and is non-refundable and
non-transferable.
Instructor Cancellations
The safety and time of students is a priority.
If an instructor cancels due to sickness, mechanical issues, dangerous weather, or any other unforeseen reason:
* Students will be notified as soon as possible.
* The lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
